PURCHASE INFORMATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Is the purchase not expected or do you prefer a different DIY Kit, a different exhaust, headlight or flashing light? No problem! At Bayo Mc you always have 14 days to change the product or get your money back. This applies when the products are returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Exceptions: We cannot remove the products that have been specially ordered for you. Different delivery time for shipments outside Europe. Returns that have not been shipped according to these steps will cause a serious delay!
Steps to Perform Devulución
Step 1 Print the return form and fill it in as many fields as you can. Print the form through the following link:

Step 2 Login to your account. - Go to "My orders" in the "My account" column. - Select your order for which you want to return something and click "View". - At the bottom of the general description of your order, you will see a button "Return item (s)", click this button, follow the steps; click "Submit".
Step 3 Pack the products you want to return unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, all together, plus, in a sturdy shipping box. For our DIY Kits Accessories, don't forget to include the return form! Send it to the return form address. Return costs are borne by your account unless otherwise agreed with us!
(Defective or incorrect delivery)
Step 4 We strive to process your return within 3 business days of receipt of the returned product. You will receive a message from us if your return has been processed. Defects: If a product is defective, we will immediately provide you with the correct solution. If you have accidentally produced a defect to the product (yes, we love DIY) and you are looking for a replacement, you will think: I have looked for it but ... Always use your order number in the email subject and send a photo of the defect (if possible) along with a brief description of the problem.
Note: We use a different return policy with electrical products. If you wish to return an electronic product due to a defect, we first ask you to contact us if for example the product is unable to function due to incorrect wiring or other electronic problems.
Refund Products that are returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging are 100% refunded.
If this is not the case, we can only credit 75% of the purchase price.

PCE.5 -If the PRODUCT you receive is in poor condition or does not correspond to that of the advertisement, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN IT within 14 DAYS of its receipt.
PCE.6 -If the product you receive is in poor condition or does not correspond to what you have ordered, you must send it to our address on the RETURN FORM mentioned above, assuming its costs. Once we have received it and verify the damage, you will receive a refund of the product and the shipping costs for return.
